Lindsey graduated with her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and earned her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) License. Soon after, she moved to Los Angeles and established a successful career as a Finance Manager within the rapidly growing Television division at Sony Pictures Entertainment. However, it was her love of design and architecture, strong attention to detail, and natural ability to connect with people that propelled her into a career in real estate, her true calling. A Los Angeles native, Colleen has lived on the Westside most of her life. Born and raised in Pacific Palisades and now living in Santa Monica, Colleen has a vast knowledge of the various neighborhoods on the Westside and uses that knowledge to guide her clients in finding the best location for them. In her early professional years, Colleen was an account executive at a large public relations agency and traveled around the country generating publicity for various clients and their special events. An avid writer, Colleen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism. Colleen became a real estate agent in 2008, something she dreamed of doing most of her adult life, and prides herself on honesty, integrity and a strong work ethic. Colleen is the proud mom of 3 young adult daughters (and a beautiful new granddaughter!) and enjoys spending quality time with them. In her free time, she also enjoys bike riding and a new-found love of cooking, often testing out new recipes on her family and friends.

Rya is a Southern California native, born and raised. She graduated from UCLA and has made the Westside (and now also South Bay!) her home ever since. Rya began working in real estate full time in 2019 alongside a mentor and together the two of them have kept a consistent record of top-producing volume averaging 30+ transactions a year. The most important qualities of an agent are experience and connection, and it’s never too early to connect and see if this working relationship is a great fit. Lauren and her team do great job again! Lauren is a seasoned professional and a joy to work with. She is cool under pressure and dealing with the chaos and curveballs of real estate. I’ve done several transactions with Lauren but this one was the first one in which I was selling and buying at the same time, so it was challenging to get the timing right. There was a lot of juggling, and dealing with open houses, staging, contractors, and even my dogs. I was living in the property so we had to work around my schedule. Her team of Monique, Haley, and the others are also super professional and nice. I tried not to bother them on the weekends but they were all available any time I had a concern. She is a tough negotiator and made sure I didn’t get hit with any unnecessary costs from the transaction. She even negotiated a new stove for me which I never would have considered! I’ll definitely hire her for my next transaction!

Before we start working with Alex we have very bad experience with our previous real state agent. Alex was very patient with us he gave us good advice,he communicated with us on a daily basis. Selling a condominium can be very stressful. Alex was in control and make the experience very easy.

Cassandra was an exceptional agent
Cassandra was absolutely fantastic to work with as a first-time home buyer. She was incredibly patient throughout the entire process, taking the time to make sure every home I considered was the right fit for me—safe, secure, good value, and free of hidden surprises. Her thoroughness gave me so much confidence in my decisions. During the closing process, Cassandra went above and beyond. She was extremely detailed, communicated every step clearly (sometimes even over-communicated, which I appreciated!), and truly went to bat for me with the selling team to ensure everything was handled properly. I can’t say enough great things about her. If you’re looking for an agent who genuinely cares and will advocate for you every step of the way, I highly recommend Cassandra.
