Great Communication, Knows the local markets, would use again!

This is my 2nd time using Nik for a home purchase. My favorite part is that Nik will reply to a text message faster than I can hit send, any time of day or night. He kept me updated the whole time of the purchase, there weren't any surprises and i was fully aware of all the moving pieces. Will use him 3rd, 4th & 5th time. Really great agent i would highly reccommend using Nik Markovich!!!
