We were lucky enough to have met Elizabeth several years ago when she was hosting an open house. At that time, we were not buyers or sellers and she knew it, but she treated us as if we were her only client. She kept in touch with us through the years until we not only became buyers but sellers as well! Elizabeth listened to our requirements for a home and set up countless showings until we found our dream home. She steered us through the process of buying our 1st home in Florida - again, as if we were her only client. She texts calls and emails when she says she is, she is very knowledgeable in real estate and decorating and she made everything fun and funny! Her patience is never ending - she stayed with us after we pulled out of two deals in progress and the market got wonky. She kept up with what was going on and explained everything until we understood. She put up with us constantly changing our minds or making ridiculous offers. Organized! Wow, she gave us fantastic packets of information on each home we saw, remembers where we have been and lets you know why you will love or dislike a property. We love Elizabeth and she has become a great friend. If you need an agent - She is the best there is!

It started as a regular sale… four days after listing an offer was accepted and Daralyn was all over it. Then hurricane Ian arrived and despite her own personal setbacks she still managed to look after my property. closing is wrapped up and I couldn’t be happier with the amount and the level of attention that Daralyn spent on my property. It was extraordinary given the hurricane situation. A class act !
