Phil and I have been in contact with Elizabeth for almost two years. Her knowing we were not ready to buy or that we even knew what we wanted to do. She went way beyond the expectations of what she needed to. She took a day out of her time a took Phil and I for a Tour of the area and I don’t mean a little tour I mean we went probably a fifty mile jaunt around surrounding areas showing us sights and amenities of the area knowing that we were a long ways out from buying. We spent the next year going on and off to open houses etc. until we could buy. Well we had a offer from another company which was good but still had Elizabeth in the back of our mind. We were frustrated and kind of lost and called her on the spare of the moment probably about closing time and ask her if she was in the office she said no but could be there in five minutes. So we met her there and we looked at several houses. We were kind of frustrated and she asked if we had looked at the builders model next to her office. So we went and looked and fell in love with it and found out he would work with us to make Phil’s special room As the builder named it Billiards room. So from here we started looking at lots which is actually harder then looking at houses most were so overgrown you couldn’t even examine them well. It was Jim (the builder) and Elizabeth who picked out a couple they thought would be good to build what we wanted. We went to the two and picked one of the two and are happy as can be. now we have the I guess blue prints of our new house that will be built in the next year. We couldn’t have had better service then we had with this lady very professional, down to earth and looked out for our needs, a very special lady, works very hard and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy in the area.
