Cindy was such a pleasure to work with! She’s the opposite of the stereotypically schlocky real estate person. We had coffee and conversation with her, told her about our neeeds/wants/non-negotiables, and she went straight out to doing her homework. The next day, we saw the houses we told her we wanted to see. The day after that, she showed us our dream home! We made an offer immediately, and Cindy walked us through every step of the process - giving us insight into what we could and should do to make sure the transaction was in our best interest. Above that, she was AMAZING with our baby, making sure she was comfortable and entertained throughout the “boring” parts of home buying. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Cindy. THE COMPANY SHE WORKS FOR TOOK OVER MANAGING THE PROPERTY I LIVE IN. (I DID NOT KNOW THIS) INSTEAD OF LETTING ME KNOW IN ADVANCE WHEN SHE WAS COMING BY TO CHECK OUT THE PROPERTY, SHE JUST POPPED UP OVER MY HOUSE WANTING TO TAKE A LOOK SEE TELLING ME THAT SHE'S THE NEW MANAGER. AFTER FINDING OUT WHAT MAINTENANCE NEEDED TO BE DONE TO THE PROPERTY, SHE BACKED OFF. CLEARLY NOT WANTING ANYTHING TO DO WITH MAINTAINING THE PROPERTY. AFTER CONTACTING MAINTENANCE LINE, STILL NO MAINTENANCE PERSON HAS EVER BEEN TO MY HOUSE. ITS BEEN 9 MONTHS! I ONLY HEAR FROM HER WHEN RENT IS DUE. SHE IS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL BECAUSE SHE DOES NOT CARE! SHE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, HAS A BAD ATTITUDE, AND SHE DOES NOT ANSWER NOR RETURN PHONE CALLS IN A TIMELY MANNER. SHE DOES NOT DO WHAT SHE SAYS SHE'S GOING TO DO. SHE ALSO DOSEN'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE RENTALS SHE CLAIMS TO MANAGE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HER TO NO ONE AT ALL!!!
