Mrs. Dianne is a wonderful realtor. I started looking for my house in August 2016. Mrs. Dianne created a profile page for me to browse a wide variety of houses. I would send her houses for her to look up and she'd always get back with me with in a reasonable time to view the houses. She coached me on things to look for when viewing the properties. Mrs. Dianne knows her stuff!!! I glad to say I found my HOME with the help of Mrs. Dianne and closed in October 2016. I highly recommend Dianne Atwater without reservation. Dianne tirelessly searched for homes that matched our desired features. My husband and I both worked long hours and had little time to do our own searching and really needed a realtor that would make us a priority and do for us what we couldn't do for ourselves. She was always the consummate professional and dealt graciously, yet firmly, with the seller's realtor. She was so very patient with us and with my indecisiveness. We never felt uncomfortable being honest with her and she was always honest and forthcoming with us. Working with Dianne made our home-buying experience pleasant and seamless. She always dealt with us with joy and enthusiasm. She was dedicated and determined to find us the perfect home; And that's just what we got. She helped us with every aspect of the buying process and made sure that we understood everything. She had a great rapport with all of the other entities involved in the home-buying process and she assured us that we would receive the best effort from everyone involved in our process.
