•We liked Stephen Aki for three main reasons: from a personal perspective, a customer perspective, and as a professional. On a personal level, we got to know to Stephen from a cold call. He was not pushy. After some discussions we found him to punctual, honest and went over and above what a normal agent would do in getting market information, data and stats. Over time we found he conducted himself with integrity and professionalism. It was extremely easy to build an excellent relationship with Stephen. Stephen was excellent for us from a customer perspective. Stephen has personal traits that allows him to be an excellent agent that focuses on the customer. First, he was really focused on getting the information to us (in a timely manner), in order for Joanna and I, to make good decisions. He always followed up with us and others to keep things on track and progressing: prior to the listing, during the sale and negotiation process, and the time period right up to closing. While Stephen did not have answers on the spot, we really appreciated that he was honest and that he would get back to us immediately afterwards with the answers. He was always committed on delivering on his promises and making sure we were happy. Last I wanted to point out that Stephen was a calming influence for us. Up to the final closing was an emotional time period as we had many disputes charges with our property manager (itrip Orlando Premier Resort Properties LLC) . Stephen was very calm and focused for us. He worked diligently alongside us in the trenches to close the house. He dealt with the buying agent, closing agent, and us. We really appreciate the support, calmness, and analysis that influenced Joanna and I in a very positive way to be calm, think and make good decisions. In essence, we now have a relationship built with Stephen. Joanna and I wanted to thank Stephen and your brokerage for your support during this difficult transaction.
