She found our house when we'd already given up
My wife and I devoted the entire winter (5+ months) in Florida to finding a Florida home. We stayed in our motorhome in a park near The Villages. We originally worked with a different agent we had contacted while still in Michigan. She showed us several homes, but my wife and I had widely differing preferences, and I believe the agent became discouraged about ever finding a home that both of us would agree upon. In any case the agent seemed to be ignoring us. Eventually I started contacting other agents at The Villages, Top of the World, and other locations, as well as doing lots of riding around on my motorcycle to check out different communities. This led to me centering my interests on several 55+ communities south of Leesburg, but I needed an agent to get access. By a stroke of luck I found Sheryl Mowry-Miller online, and my wife and I hit it off with Sheryl right from the start. What a difference in effort from our first agent. Sheryl took the time to learn what we wanted and started finding homes to look at. She also sent us to look at some manufactured home communities based on things we told her we might be interested in. This would not end in a commission for her, and this told me she was truly trying to do what was right for us, not just trying to make a quick sale. It also gave us a better understanding of the range of options available in this very tough market. Sheryl kept bringing us homes to check out, even up to the last week before we were to head back north. I was close to giving up, but when Sheryl showed us the home we eventually purchased, our 5+ months of experience and our many discussions with Sheryl gave us the insight to immediately recognize a winner when we saw it. It's been a whirlwind since then, with new loans, insurance, remote closing, and trying to sell our home and motorhome in Michigan. Sheryl continued to help us out with advice and acted as our eyes and ears in Florida while we were gone, and I'd recommend Sheryl to anyone.

Great experience!
She was always friendly, courteous, patient and informative. She gave quick answers to all of my questions and I had lots of them! When we hit little speed bumps during the purchase, she worked hard to ensure everything was solved to my liking. She didn't work from a "script." Sheryl went above and beyond, excellent service!
We recently purchased a property in Leesburg, Sheryl was a huge help from beginning to end. We knew nothing about the area having never visited before, Sheryl was a wealth of knowledge educating us on all the different 55+ communities. We only had a few days available for showings, she took the time to show us all the various communities and had our itinerary very well organized. Sheryl was incredible helping us with all the details related to the closing as well as offering to do a final video walk through as we couldn't be there for the closing. Can't say enough about her excellent service. Thank you Sheryl!

The Stars Say It All
Sheryl is great. She cares. Thoroughly knows her area. Always available and promptly responses to calls, texts, and emails. Quickly became one of our favorite people. After buying our present home we asked Sheryl to sell our old one (closing is April 12).
