Sheryl answered all the questions we had, and there were many, in a timely manner.,she kept herself available to show the homes we were interested in.If there was a question she wasnt sure about, she reshearched until it was answered.....She helped my mother walk thru any forms that needed to be filled out and also taught her to auto sigh the docs.....She is always in a cheerful mood! My parents are in their 80s and having difficulty handling their affairs. I live out of state. Fortunately I found the perfect agent for this sale on a recommendation from their neighbor. Mary Jane always responded quickly to my messages. She and Kirk gave great advice on how to show the house, how to clear the clutter. Kirk took some of our clutter to donations. Mary Jane adeptly resolved a nitpicky home inspector's findings. We got asking price and the closing went smoothly. Mary Jane and Kirk are very friendly and community-oriented. They are the best!
