The Best Possible Experience
We were renting our original family home and had moved to San Diego over ten years ago. We did not know anyone that we could work with on the very personal and emotional sale of our home. A family friend gave us Susan and Alli's information. I could not have been more pleased about how the entire transaction worked out for us. They are truthful, kind, incredibly knowledgeable about vendors for various aspects of home work and repair, professional and open to the client's ideas. They are both well known in the area, so they have the inside track on all aspects of selling in Manhattan Beach and the beach cities. I found Susan's approach very compatible with my own. She was very good at explaining all aspects of the transaction and when he hit a glitch here or there. She would explain the options, give her professional opinion and allow me to make the best decision for myself and our family. Since we now live in San Diego, Susan or Alli would have to be at the house for just about everything and they were always upbeat and communicative. I would definitely hire these ladies again. I felt that they earned every dollar of commission and that I received great value for their hard work. Lastly, they are lovely people, who are honest, hardworking and incredibly professional. They made what could have been a sad or emotional sale for us into a very positive transition into another phase of our lives. Thanks, Susan and Alli.
