This is the second time we have worked with Susan. The first time to sell our house and this time to buy. In both cases, Susan did a fantastic job, using her deep knowledge of real estate transactions to get us the best deal. When we sold our home, she used a strategy that brought us a top-dollar offer. Our recent purchase of a home was done while living outside the area. Susan truly acted as our agent for this transaction, arranging inspections, contract work and negotiating a good purchase price. Plus, she is a delight to be around, always offering professional and personal advice. We would highly recommend Susan to sell your home or assist with selecting and buying a new home.

I could not have picked a better agent than Susan Jensen. She worked as an efficient team with her daughter Alli, and one of them would always be available to help. They are both highly experienced real estate professionals and I can't say enough about how hard they worked toward finding the right home for me and negotiating the best deal. I'll also note the difference between Susan and other agents ive dealt with.. they screened every new listing and viewed them herself before sending me to look at photos or open houses that didn't match my criteria. This saved me tons of time and I appreciate all the hard work.

We were renting our original family home and had moved to San Diego over ten years ago. We did not know anyone that we could work with on the very personal and emotional sale of our home. A family friend gave us Susan and Alli's information. I could not have been more pleased about how the entire transaction worked out for us. They are truthful, kind, incredibly knowledgeable about vendors for various aspects of home work and repair, professional and open to the client's ideas. They are both well known in the area, so they have the inside track on all aspects of selling in Manhattan Beach and the beach cities. I found Susan's approach very compatible with my own. I felt that they earned every dollar of commission and that I received great value for their hard work. Lastly, they are lovely people, who are honest, hardworking and incredibly professional.
