I had been looking for a larger vacation home for about 2yrs. Over that time I spoke to many agents In my opinion Amber stood out. She found a home she thought I might like. She was knowledgeable about the market and instrumental in the negotiations leading to purchase. She also handled the sale of our existing Cape home. Amber smoothed out the details making it less stressful for us. She handled the sale and the inevitable details that arose so we did not have to.

Very knowledgeable, creative, and flexible

Amber was professional, courteous and considerate from our first meeting until the closing. She was also very patient throughout the process as our situation fluctuated vastly from the beginning of the contract right until the closing. She understood that our experience and knowledge regarding home sales was very limited, and she kindly assisted us along the way. She had a vast number of resources when contractors and inspections were required. She also responded quickly to any text, email or phone message - a rare quality these days! Amber was recommended by a friend who had nothing but glowing comments. We strongly recommend her to anyone who values a kind, upfront and dedicated agent.
