This was my best buying experience by far. Linda really listened to me when I described what I wanted. Her skills were evident when she made sure that my offer was first and the best. Linda teamed up with an awesome lender and the 2 of them made sure I was ready and my offers were solid and sellers took notice. I have known Heike since 2004 when she was my agent for the purchase of a townhouse. Since then she was my agent for 2 additional residence purchases and the sale of all 3. So this was number 4 as my agent for a purchase. As always, she was perfect. She advised me of the subdivision I bought in, I was not aware of it, and upon seeing it, I knew living there was for me. Since it was new construction, it took 10 months to complete, but Heike was constantly on top of everything. Five stars plus. Always has the best interests of the client in mind!

In a hot market like FL we knew that our choice was the right one.
