They were correct and we actually got above asking price with the appraisal meeting the selling price. Had we gone with one of the other realtors we had met with, that would have been a bunch of lost money for us. Kristi and Kimberly were very proactive and calm throughout the sale which did include some hiccups. We are truly thankful for their hard work, knowledge, and willingness to go the extra mile for us.
