To say Ady Ramos provided outstanding professionalism would be an understatement! During the sale of our home three contracts fell through hours before closing. Turned out we had an open permit and a lien on our property that was there prior to us purchasing the property back in 2017. “Million dollar question, how would a title company sell you a home with an open permit and lien?” Well, that was just a few of the obstacles we had to overcome. I will say it was a very tough situation, but with her persistence, professionalism, and determination we prevailed, sold our house, and are in the process of building our new home! Thank you Ady we will forever be grateful for all you’ve done and look forward to continue to do business with you in the near future!!!
