During the sale of our home three contracts fell through hours before closing. Turned out we had an open permit and a lien on our property that was there prior to us purchasing the property back in 2017. “Million dollar question, how would a title company sell you a home with an open permit and lien?” Well, that was just a few of the obstacles we had to overcome. I will say it was a very tough situation, but with her persistent, professionalism, and determination we prevailed, sold our house, and are in the process of building our new home!
