We meet Kate through our broker and she took us to lunch and explained everything to us and asked a lot of questions about our wishlist and our hard No’s. Then she got to work sending us properties and scheduling our showings. We found our dream house on day 1. She worked through all of the hiccups and one almost crisis with confidence and class and kept us from losing our minds over the big crisis and within 45 days we were got the keys and moved in. I want to start by saying that Katie went above and beyond with finding my forever home. We were first time homebuyers and purchased a home sight unseen from across the country. We used modern technology and she was very flexible and included my local family in the process. She was familiar with what we needed and always had our best interest at heart. We closed in 30 days and when we got to Florida we were even more pleased with the house as the pictures and videos did not do enough justice the house was beautiful.. Back in January 2021 Jorge sat down with me and explained the buying process. I realized working with Jorge he wants what's best for us in away way possible. He sent us in the right direction just to get a pre-approval. Unfortunately we were not able to purchase in 2021. throughout the year of us getting ready he would occasionally reach out just to check in on how we are doing. Once 2022 begin we reached out to him to with a pre-approval our journey has began. Jorge would send us multiple different styles homes to find the right match for us. Homes that are already built to new construction. With Jorge experience and knowledge he was able to find us a home with more room than we originally thought we could find and below our budget as a new construction.
