Patrick did such an amazing job for me! He found a variety of options and took the time to explain the pros and cons of each property. He really helped me, a first time home buyer, understand every step of the process. He was friendly and made me feel very comfortable and ultimately got me a great property at a great price! Steve was the perfect realtor for us! We were first time homebuyers in a tough market with a TON of questions. Steve always made us feel like we were his only clients. He is extraordinarily knowledgeable not only about the homebuying process, but also about the Orlando area and Orlando area homes. He was so patient with all of our questions, explaining as many times as we needed until we felt like we fully understood, never making us feel like we were taking too much of his time. We felt so well prepared and confident when we went to closing because Steve had been preparing us all along the way. Margaret was my landlord, my buying agent and my selling agent in Orlando. I have nothing but the best to say about her! She is very down to earth and easy to talk to, she gives amazing advice and keeps constant contact status. When I was buying, we must have visited 30'ish homes over 6 month - she was super patient which my tiny budget. When I was selling she took care of several cosmetics - going into her own pocket and spending her own time while I had already moved cities to get the best deal as quickly as possible (cash buyer within 14 days a hair below asking who covered closing). We have been looking for a home for OVER a year and Chrissy was ssooo patient with us. She readily pointed out any issues with a home we were looking at and suggested solutions to any issues with each home. We finally purchased a home in August 2020 in Baldwin Park. It needed some work and Chrissy gave us people she used to do the work. She even swept out the garage when the previous owners failed to do a proper clean!!
