Very Competent Representation
We had a clear discussion about current market conditions in the neighborhood and easily agreed on the listing price. Rob and his staff gave clear advice about repairs and preparation for showing. He was very good at dealing with the buyer’s agent on inspector issues after an offer had been made. I was completely satisfied with the process.
