We spent a whole afternoon looking and walking properties that we were interested in. He offered great advice and answered all of our questions regarding the purchase. He even recommended some local builders. He knows Uwharrie Point. I called him 5 months after our purchase looking for a local surveyor and he recommended a survey company that got us a topographical survey in less than a month.
