I highly recommend Danielle Frank for any real estate needs. She is very professional, friendly, efficient and listens to your needs. My Mom previously worked with Ms Frank to sell her condo and had a wonderful experience. Currently I was looking for an apt. She listened to all my needs and didn’t stop looking until she found a wonderful coop for me. She helped me with the negotiation of my offer. Ms Frank guided me throughout the process and the workings of what I needed to do to meet with the board. It was a pleasure dealing with Ms Frank, a person who truly cares about her clients.
