However, she quickly put together a few other options, which we toured. THEN, we walked into one, with an even better water view than the first. Within 32 hours, we put in an offer and had minor negotiations as a result of her guidance. Wendy has been super responsive throughout the whole process and we closed last week. Her team, including Taylor are organized & efficient, especially since we had to do everything from out of state. Wendy's style defines the whole sales cycle, pre, during and post instead of other agents who disappear the second the deal closes. My husband and I appreciated her transparency and honesty with all our questions! It was a stress free transaction and I told her it was so much easier than buying a car! We had been looking for a house and saw a house on a Saturday morning. We needed to see right away because we were fly back to Illinois in the morning. We contacted Wendy and she meet us on her day off. She has been a huge help with every aspect. I met Wendy at an open house in Babcock Ranch and we clicked immediately!! Our home Model was not built but she invited us to her home so we could get an idea of what our new home would look like since she had that model! From the time our house broke ground, Wendy and her family kept us informed of the building process by sending pictures and videos along the way! She helped us navigate the sometimes frustrating process of a new build for sure!!! Her husband Ted, also a real estate agent, walked through with our inspector and kept notes he shared with us! Her son, David took drone videos and weekly videos he sent as well!! It’s a family affair when you work with Wendy!! I would hire Wendy anytime I needed a real estate agent!! Absolutely the best!!

One of the most knowledgeable real estate agents in Babcock Ranch, she and her realtor husband not only show properties there she and her family live there and she was born hand has lived in southwest FLORIDA her entire adult life. In short, her local area knowledge is beyond comparison. She held our sales deal together with personal attention and caring attitude. We have referred our closest friend from the Pacific Northwest to her and Wendy followed her home build from initial construction to completion insuring a seamless transition into south Florida living.
