While on vacation, I found Wendy via a cold call to NV Realty about a particular property with a great water view. Unfortunately, it had just gone under contract. However, she quickly put together a few other options, which we toured. THEN, we walked into one, with an even better water view than the first. Within 32 hours, we put in an offer and had minor negotiations as a result of her guidance. Wendy has been super responsive throughout the whole process and we closed last week. Her team, including Taylor are organized & efficient, especially since we had to do everything from out of state. Wendy's style defines the whole sales cycle, pre, during and post instead of other agents who disappear the second the deal closes. My husband and I appreciated her transparency and honesty with all our questions! It was a stress free transaction and I told her it was so much easier than buying a car!
