Working with Jonathan was one of the easiest "official" relationships I've had. All of my requests, whether for information or for how I wanted things set up, were understood and considered earnestly and I never had to repeat myself. He was not shy to clearly state when he didn't have an answer off-hand but would come back quickly with an answer after double-checking. I really valued his insights on the market and situations that came up throughout the process. This was my first sale but he made me feel comfortable and confident.
