Bradd Holcomb is the most responsive agent I have yet to come into contact with. When we approached North & Co with the sale of our home we were introduced to Bradd. His patience and knowledge of the industry, especially the market we had our home in was very keen. From the start he used tools and projections to give us an accurate listing for our home. We immediately felt comfortable and at ease with his approach. From there we were on a weekly communication basis that kept us in the know. To say he went above and beyond is barely scratching the surface. There were countless times he reached out to us to keep us feeling healthy about our listing and in many ways worry free. My situation was extremely challenging as we had a contingency offer. But like a class act captain of a ship, he navigated us through some dicy waters all the way to the beach front.
