Josh was INCREDIBLE! From the first moment we met, I could tell he had my best interests in at heart. He got to know me and my girlfriend, connect with us, and understand what kind of place would suit our personalities best. He basically "held my hand" throughout the entire process and explained everything along the way. If I had a question, he had an answer... and in the rare circumstances where he didn't, he found out where to find one and give me a timely reply. His understanding of the entire Phoenix area helped us assess the value of the homes we saw and he could easily see through and explain the prices in what were being asked at every property. Bryce was amazing to work with throughout the process of selling my home! He gave advice that was in my best interest and was super responsive with any questions I had! My fiancee and I relocated to Phoenix, and we count our blessings that we met Kris at an open house! Not knowing the area, Kris became a valuable asset in our search for a home.
