Answered all questions quickly, regardless of time or day. Knowledge beyond expectations, offered great suggestions to prep property for quicker sale. Advice is sound when considering the market, and the type of property we were looking to purchase. Helpful throughout sale process to include a smooth closing. Fun to work with when you have all the confidence in this professional. Stuck with us as this was the third time we had property listed. Great communication with our buyers and the sellers of the purchase property. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a sincere, knowledgeable professional.

Brenda Halen is an excellent agent. She is thorough and prompt. She keeps her client informed through the entire selling process. We would highly recommend her for selling your home.

Brenda helped us through this somewhat challenging purchase, but she was never pushy. When we decided to pull the trigger she was on it! She has helped us with reliably excellent service.

We met Brenda to see a house we were interested in buying, and by the following week she had our own house on the market with a beautiful listing. We were able to sell our place and finalize purchasing our new home in 6 weeks and it was all because she kept on top of details with professionalism. She can handle anything!

I have been apart of selling multiple homes in my lifetime and this one was by far the easiest experience I have ever encountered! Jennifer has the best communication and I never felt like I was in the dark about what was going on! I knew everything every step of the way! She was confident that if we listed it at the price we did we would have good luck and we sure did! I would recommend Jennifer over and over again!

Brenda with North Central Idaho Properties is the best Realtor for buying or selling land in Idaho. She has helped me with multiple real estate transactions and she goes above and beyond every time. Her attention to detail and ability to make the best deal for her clients makes her second to none. Thank you for all you do for our community!

Hands down the most knowledgeable agents a person could ask for! Brenda & Jennifer operated as a dynamic duo creating a seamless process for us as buyers. They were able to answer all our questions & have deep rooted connections to contractors, inspectors, lenders, well inspectors, etc. you name they know someone that is certified.

Jennifer had great communication skills. Very responsive, and returned potential buyer feedback very quickly. I have used another local realtor in the recent past, and she was far and above better in every respect. Not even a fair comparison really.

Brenda went above and beyond in helping us find exactly what we needed. she took the time to thoroughly explain a home's details and any potential risks we might have with purchasing certain properties. We had a fantastic experience working with Brenda.

Brenda did double duty for us -- when we found the house we wished to purchase she showed it to us then listed ours with great advice and professional photographs. She was knowledgeable every step of the way, and two months later we are all settled into our forever home.

Jennifer was great to work with. Keep me updated on any housing changes & additions. Communication was outstanding with Jennifer and her company. Would recommend Jennifer to any of my friends on real estate needs. very much appreciated.
