I used to be a real estate broker, so I had some expectations about level of service. Not only did they meet them all, the process was easy and most enjoyable. Not only was she very knowledgeable of the area, they accommodated everything we wanted and needed...keeping us informed all through the process
Jennifer was very helpful in getting us into our new home. She worked tirelessly before, during, and after the process to ensure we were happy with our purchase. Jennifer went the extra mile, several times, to help us work through the details of our out of state purchase. Jennifer was always available to speak with by phone no matter what day of the week it was. Jennifer is very professional, courteous, friendly and provides excellent advice in purchasing a home. We can’t say enough excellent things about Jennifer's commitment to making sure everything was moving forward with our purchase.
Professional, communicative, knowledgeable and most friendly. She navigated the scary dark waters like a crazed pirate for us. I can not recommend Jennifer enough! Above and beyond is oft bantered around these days, I have invented a much better phrase befitting of the quality job she did for us. That phrase is sacrifanaticalistic herolistically conductive activism. I would give Jennifer or any member of her family BOTH my kidneys if needed.
Jennifer Williams with North Central Idaho Properties has decades of experience in the real estate market, and it shows. She helped us locate the perfect 2nd home quickly and professionally. Not only did she help us with the location, she acted as the perfect advocate for us between the owner, utilities, repair needs, the mortgage broker, and more. The house closed in just three weeks---a crazy fast time frame. We were taken care of 100% in all ways working with Jennifer. I highly recommend choosing Jennifer Williams as your agent whether you're listing or purchasing. She's amazing!
Ashley is an excellent realtor. She makes the process of finding a home, closing, and moving so easy. She's flexible, outgoing, and determined to help you find somewhere just right.
We have purchased multiple properties, this one was one of the easiest ones ever. It’s great to work with someone like Rebecca, who follows up on all your questions.
Fast, and easy purchase. The property we purchased with Brenda was very fast and easy. She always responded promptly, addressed any issues quickly, and was very efficient in seeing the sale through to the closing. Would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sale.

Brenda Halen coordinated with Riverside Sewer & Water, the title company, a surveyor, the buyer for Hidden Village, and me to make this sale possible. Her experience as a project development manager, land owner, and realtor were apparent and beneficial to this real estate sale.
Jennifer was very knowledgeable about the area and helpful when it came to making an offer. She is friendly and communicated effectively. We’re so happy with our new home!
Brenda was wonderful to work with. We appreciate the ease of buying the property through her help.
Brenda really is simply the best that we have ever had. She is professional, hardworking, dependable, knowledgeable, and just so nice! We have been in the real estate business for over 30 years, so we know our stuff, and when we met Brenda we could tell she did too. We have high standards for whom we work with and we have been so impressed with her work etiquette, communication and genuine love for what she does. We would HIGHLY recommend Brenda to anyone and everyone. Thank you Brenda for all that you do!
