Lacey was an absolute pleasure to work with on both of our real estate transactions. She helped us sell our primary home as well as a parcel of land. She has great expertise in both types of transactions and did an amazing job determining the value of both properties and marketing them in a way to drive large amounts of activity. Our home went under contract on the first week it was listed for more than asking and our land was under contract within a week for more than it was listed.
