Meet Team Lehman AZ! We are a full-service real estate team serving Metro Phoenix, Arizona with residential home buying and selling needs. Team Lehman AZ was formed in 2012 by Drew and Lacey Lehman. Drew began his real estate career in 2000 as an Associate Broker in Colorado before continuing his real estate career in Arizona in 2003, and Lacey obtained her license in Arizona in 2005. Both have had the opportunity to work in the residential resale capacity as well as new home sales for one of the largest homebuilders nationwide. In 2012, Drew and Lacey joined forces, and Team Lehman AZ was established. They have consistently, year after year, been top producing agents, multi-million dollar producers, and known in the industry for their professionalism and customer service. Drew and Lacey have built a solid foundation for their team based on trust, communication, and an excellent client experience. As a result, they have expanded their team to continue to meet and exceed the needs of their clients. About Ira

Ira was raised and educated in North Dakota, where he became a Weatherman for CBS Television. It didn't take more than a few years of telling people it would be "cold and windy" every day for him to move on to sunnier skies...eventually. Ira's next move was East to New York City where he spent 17 years working with celebrities and entertainment executives (and spending way too much money on rent). It was only after his mom and dad started to spend their winters in Chandler that Ira discovered AZ, and like his Snowbird parents, he flew South:) Ira immediately fell in love with the area and the lifestyle, and with the support of another successful Realtor (who happens to be his big sister), he started his career in Arizona Real Estate. Ira's path continued when he joined Team Lehman after meeting Drew, Lacey, and Ken and being blown away by their knowledge of the industry and the local market, their respect for their clients and associates, and their incredibly organized and efficient system of doing business. He was impressed by how passionate they were about giving their clients every advantage possible, and he shared their enthusiasm for going above and beyond at every turn. I was born and raised in the state of Iowa. Eventually settling in Arizona in 1995 has found the desert climate much to my liking. I acquired my real estate license in 2001, and broker license in 2006. I have worked both inside and out of a brokerage office. Starting real estate as an independent agent then worked as an audit broker for a large real estate office. In 2007 I transitioned into managing real estate transactions for other agents. My understanding of how real estate works and keen attention to detail is an asset to Realtors, buyers and sellers. As a full time office assistant for TeamLehman I am dedicated to high level of customer service and client experience. I have three adult children (Brittany, Brandon, and Brianna), and in my free time I enjoy traveling, riding my motorcycle and attending class at Mesa Community College where I is pursuing a degree in Psychology.

Eric was born and raised in Michigan and has been based in Arizona since 2005, Eric brings a Midwest work ethic and a solutions-first mindset to real estate. Eric has been licensed in Arizona since 2015 and earned his Arizona broker’s license in 2025, with additional real estate education completed in Michigan. Eric’s career has been shaped by complex and non-traditional transactions—REO and HUD properties, dual agency, 1031 exchanges, assumable loans, and simultaneous closings. I thrive in situations others may see as problems; to me, they’re simply issues waiting for the right strategy. Eric’s industry knowledge has been self-taught or gained through direct collaboration with other professionals across the transaction table, reinforcing his belief that real estate works best when communication and cooperation lead the way. Top notch realtor!

Lacey was the absolute best realtor that I’ve ever worked with. She was very knowledgeable about all the subdivisions we looked at, knew specific details about floor plans we visited and the areas we visited. She really listened to what our needs were and fined tuned the list of over 80 house we thought we liked to a handful that were perfect for us. Moving to Arizona a from out of state, it was important for Lacey to be the boots on the ground for us and she always went above and beyond. We were so fortunate to have been introduced to her and her accepting to help us. She made our house purchase in AZ so easy and straight forward. Thank you Lacey and team!!

Amazing Experience as Always

Lacey is an incredible agent. She and her team are always there to help with anything needed, making the entire process completely stress-free and easy. She is incredibly quick to communicate and always takes the time to genuinely listen to any opinions or concerns.
