Buying a home in another state means that you're putting a lot of trust in your agent to know the local market and the best places to house hunt for your specific needs e.g. good schools, safe area, etc. We had quite the "needs" list and pretty sure Lacey thought we were crazy but she found our dream home. My family decided to relocate to Arizona from Washington state. We weren’t sure if which area, neighborhood or type of home. Kacey was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
