•Our estate attorney recommended Joe Smith to assist us in marketing a house in need of a lot of work to make it sellable to settle an estate. His expertise was evident as he explained the process that would lead to the best outcome. It involved putting us in touch with appraisers, estate liquidation of goods, landscapers, repairmen, painters, and most especially a plumber. All of which improved the property to help us get the best closing price. Joe always kept us informed throughout the process even when we were out of state many times during our year of preparation for the final sale of the house. Joe Smith went way beyond what could be expected of any realtor. He took personal pride in getting all of the repairs done promptly, at reasonable prices, and always acting in our best interest. When it was discovered that there was an additional property in another state, Joe stepped up and through his network of contacts was able to secure its sale to benefit the estate. We feel Joe had a vested interest in the sale of both of these properties and made many trips to the Arnold property to insure that everything was on track and going as planned. We cannot recommend Joe highly enough. We have never seen anyone so in tune with the market, the negotiating, and the finalizing of this sale.
