Carolyn was raised in Illinois and has been a Colorado resident since 1982. During this time Carolyn has spent 29 years specializing in the medical sales and marketing industry. By combining her past experience to the present, Carolyn takes pride in providing outstanding real estate service to everyone she encounters including health care professionals relocating to the Denver Metro area. About Ryan

Raised in Colorado, Ryan Sondrup boasts a passion for all aspects of nature and Colorado's exquisite great outdoors. He translated that life-long reverence to his profession of bringing the outdoors to others through NeXstep Real Estate Group. Ryan handled special events at the University of Wisconsin Athletic Department including game day production and national touring concert series before returning to Colorado's Impact Productions, a special events management firm that promotes national and international programs from its Denver headquarters. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin with a dual degree in Marketing and Management/Human Resources, obtained his education through an athletic/academic scholarship. Ryan graduated from the University of Denver Daniels School of Business with a Master of Science in Real Estate and Construction Management.

Gayor has been a resident of Colorado ever since arriving at the University of Denver as an undergraduate scholarship baseball player. At the University of Denver Gayor earned various degrees including a Master of Science in Real Estate Construction Management and a Juris Doctor. Gayor loves Colorado and enjoys outdoor activities such as golfing and skiing. Prior to entering the Real Estate Industry, Gayor managed and tour managed national touring musical acts, as well as promoted and built special events/concerts throughout the country. For over 10 years Gayor has been active in the Colorado Real Estate Industry both as a Broker and as an investor in both residential income and commercial properties. An example of his vision of real estate included his conversion of a 1950’s garage which was transformed into a restaurant which Gayor operated and developed into one of Denver’s most beloved neighborhood establishments; Maddie’s Restaurant. Gayor caters to his clients’ needs, time horizons and provides them with attentive, analytical, and informative service. His work is supported by his diverse background and knowledge of both the residential and commercial aspects of the Colorado real estate market. Gayor enjoys a practice with many repeat clients. Born and raised in Loveland, David has witnessed the tremendous change and growth that has transformed Northern Colorado into one of the best places to live in the state. He attended Loveland High School and went on to graduate from Colorado State University in 2004 and currently resides in Evans with his wife Nikki and their three amazing kids Jovie, Dylan and Jackson. Prior to becoming a full-time REALTOR he spent 7 years as a Retail Manager were he learned the value of providing excellent customer service and working with integrity, accountability and trust. About Derek

Derek Lis is a Colorado native who grew up in Fort Collins and attended the Colorado School of Mines where he played football and received a B.S. in Civil Engineering. In addition to being a licensed Real Estate Agent, he is also a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Colorado. After college he went on to work as a civil engineer in Denver and worked on the redevelopment of the Union Station neighborhood. While working full-time, he decided to go back to school at the of The University of Denver where he received an M.S. in the Real Estate & Construction Management program. He was then able to transition into real estate as his full time career, but is able to apply his expertise in land development engineering to provide value to prospective real estate clients. Derek is well versed in all aspects of real estate completing multiple transactions in residential, commercial, leasing, investment properties and even completed a ground up development of a mixed-use development. In addition to providing brokerage services, he actively invests and manages residential and commercial investment properties. He is a recipient of the Five Star Professional award and working towards his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. An advocate for our family

Working with Gayor Geller was an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. From our very first meeting, Gayor was incredibly patient, thoughtful, and took the time to truly understand our family’s unique needs. He kept our search focused entirely on homes that were the best fit for us. However, whenever we wanted to explore other possibilities, he never hesitated and got us in to see every single property we requested. He also helped us navigate a tricky market and knew when we needed to be aggressive or when we needed to be patient. When it came time to make an offer, Gayor’s communication and expertise really shined. He walked us clearly through the entire process, covering every single detail with our best interests at heart. Throughout negotiations, inspections, and all the way until closing, he consistently laid out all of our options so we could make the most informed decisions. Even after closing, Gayor didn’t stop helping us. He connected us with fantastic contractors, landscapers, and local professionals to help us get settled and truly make our new house a home as quickly as possible. Exceptional Market Knowledge, Communication, and Support

Ryan was absolutely incredible throughout our move from Wisconsin to Colorado. He didn’t just help us find our dream home — he helped us find a community where we truly feel like we belong. Coming from out of state, we knew very little about the different towns, neighborhoods, commutes, and nuances of living in Colorado. Ryan’s market knowledge was invaluable. He took the time to understand our family, our priorities, and what mattered most to us, then drove all over with us as we explored different communities and figured out where we would fit best. We never felt rushed or like we were asking too much. His communication was outstanding. Ryan was always available, incredibly responsive, patient with our endless questions, and proactive about keeping us informed. Because we were purchasing from out of state, there were many meetings, inspections, appointments, and details we simply could not be present for. Ryan was there for all of it. We trusted him completely to represent us, ask the right questions, advocate for us, and make sure nothing was missed. He was equally impressive during negotiations and closing — knowledgeable, thoughtful, professional, and always focused on helping us make the right decision, not simply making a sale. What truly sets Ryan apart is that his support didn’t stop at closing. Ethical, Honest, Smart--a great realtor.

This is the second home we have purchased using Ryan as our Realtor. He is amazing. He always provides all the information I need to make decisions and provides advice when asked. He is not pushy at all, and he helped us navigate our way out of a deal we had under contract when the seller's agent was not acting in good faith. His advice also helped us purchase our new home in a bidding war.
