Ryan was very good with pricing my home with comparing others in my area. Ryan was also very prompt in returning all my phone calls, answering my questions and solving some of my problems. Once we had a potential buyer, a few problems did arise, but Ryan rose to the occasion to deal with them and to be a good negotiator with the opposite realtor with a satisfactory result for me.
