Rachael Elliot is way above average! As a realtor she knows her stuff! She will get in and keep things in your best interest! She answered all our phone calls and answered all of our questions (and we had an abundance of questions). She was flexible but arrived early to all her appointments with us. I loved the simple way she explained things and took time to talk about what other options would look like. There was no pressure, she is professional and your best friend all at the same time. I absolutely enjoyed working with her and would recommend her to anyone.

Rachael helped me and my husband buy our first home. She was absolutely delightful! She did a great job of showing us houses and made the purchase process VERY EASY! In full disclosure, she is my sister. However, don't let that affect your opinion of this review. We will use her as our realtor again in the future when we buy—and so should you.

When we first decided to purchase a home, our first order of business was to find a lender. The lender we chose offered "closing" incentives if we worked through their chosen realtor. This is how we first met Rachael. We did not know anything about her or we did not know what to expect. That being said, I have never in my life worked with a realtor that I actually enjoyed being around more than Rachael. She is knowledgeable, responsive, genuine, funny, and result driven. Rachael is one of the most dedicated realtors I've ever met. She goes above and beyond helping her buyers find a house, quick to answer phone calls and open her schedule for you, and always goes out of her way to make sure the sale of your home goes smoothly. We have bought and sold every home with her for the last 13 years. She really is an excellent realtor.

Rachael was extremely responsive and kept us educated in the process. I find her to be very friendly and really have our best interest in mind. I have since referred her to my parents and friends where she helped sell and buy their homes. I would recommend Rachael 10/10 times.
