Absolutely the best Realtor ever!

We interviewed 3 Realtors before choosing Zana. We chose her because she had the most market knowledge. She also brought in a mortgage lender who gave us information on what a buyer would be required to provide when buying our house and actual appraisal requirements for the lender. She gave us great advice on how to declutter our house after being there for 20 years. With her great advice, our house sold in less than 2 day and it was the highest price per square foot in our neighborhood. It was because she knew the local market and exactly how to prepare our house to be sold at the best price. I highly recommend you use Zana! At least include her in your interview process and you will see for yourself how great she is at her craft!
