I used Deneea to sell my home. She was very responsive to my questions, emails, and text messages. She explained everything in basic terms so the process was easy to understand. Even when my initial deal fell through, she immediately relisted it and started showing again. Within 3 weeks I was under contract again. We closed seamlessly 6 weeks later. Since I had moved out-of-state, she sent all correspondence remotely and followed up to let me know when she sent it. At the closing, she represented me and finalized all the paperwork. From day one, Deneea was extremely communicative with me and with the seller’s agent during the process of buying my home. She answered all of my questions quickly and when she didn’t have the answer right away, she got it for me. Since I lived 4 hours away from the house I was buying, she even face-timed with me to do an additional walkthrough of the house after some repairs had been made since I couldn’t make it up the road to walk-through myself. Even after the sale was done, she gave me information about local events and services since I’m new to the area to get me started and feel comfortable living in a new place. Deneea was incredibly helpful through the entire home buying experience. Anytime we needed something or had a question she was a simple call or text away. She always replied promptly and professionally and if she was busy she would let us know she would get back to us as soon as she could - but usually we had an answers within minutes. Deneea was very knowledgeable in the entire process and explained all things thoroughly. Whether it was information involving homes we were considering or information about our closing process, anything she didn’t have an answer to herself she had a resource or someone to contact that was just as helpful as her.
