We couldn’t have asked for a better person to help us find/buy a house! Megan did an amazing job answering all of our questions, getting us in to look at different properties, understood what we were looking for in a home. She was very professional during the entire 8 month long process, and she fully understands the way the market is today. Working with Megan is a very pleasant experience. Her responsiveness is excellent. She was very patient with all of my questions, and she was able to quickly answer them. I called her for help with a piece of property I wanted to buy. Within just a few hours she had arranged a viewing, discussed negotiations with me, and submitted an offer on my behalf. I know she worked well past regular business hours in order to ensure the deal would happen. Megan is highly motivated, but not pushy at all. She is very easy to talk to, and seems like a genuinely nice person who can put a smile on my face every time.

I used Deneea to sell my home. She was very responsive to my questions, emails, and text messages. She explained everything in basic terms so the process was easy to understand. Even when my initial deal fell through, she immediately relisted it and started showing again. Within 3 weeks I was under contract again. We closed seamlessly 6 weeks later. Since I had moved out-of-state, she sent all correspondence remotely and followed up to let me know when she sent it. At the closing, she represented me and finalized all the paperwork. I would highly recommend her!
