I don’t think I could say enough excellent things about Robert. It was our first time selling a home and Robert took his time making sure we were well informed throughout the entire process. Aside from his exceptional communication and professionalism, his attention to details, descriptions of our home and let’s not forget his amazing photographer made the selling process a breeze. Literally, our home was under contract in less than 48 hours. Even after inspection, his referral for a handyman was reliable and reasonably priced. Robert was always honest and transparent throughout our home search and is extremely knowledgable of the area and was always looking out for our best interest. Robert exceeded our expectations!

Wow.. This was the easiest house transaction we have ever done. Robert was the most professional agent I’ve ever seen and I know a lot out of them. He was extremely well prepared from the first meeting up to the moment of closing. He advised us of best practices and that led to a hassle free sale. I cannot say enough great things about Robert C Moul! We have been so beyond pleased with how he has represented us. I’ve dealt with real estate agents before that really didn’t seem trustworthy. I’ve seen some pretty deceitful things from agents in an attempt to get a client or make a sale. So I’m a hard customer to please. And I was blown away by how hard Robert worked for us and how honest he was in his dealings. When we decided to look at a home where he was representing the seller as well, he went above and beyond by pointing out the downsides of dual agency. (Many agents will claim they can “save you some money” by being a dual agent, but they won’t point out the serious conflict of interest in that situation. I had done my own research on the subject, and quite honestly I ‘tested’ Robert a bit by bringing up dual agency. He quickly pointed out why it wasn’t a good idea, which was a huge deal to me.) Robert gave us great advice for prepping our house for listing, and worked tirelessly on everything - including professional photographs of our home. Thanks to Robert and his professionalism and hustle, our home sold in SIX DAYS! Even after the sale, he worked tirelessly. He responded quickly to each and every question we had. He bent over backwards to handle some frustrating situations that came with the sale of our home. And even after we were in our new home, he was available to answer questions. He really is EXCEPTIONAL! I’d give him a 100 star rating if that were possible! If you’re looking to sell, you CANNOT DO BETTER than Robert Moul!

I’ve been working with Robert the past 3+ years. He never gave up helping us find the perfect home to fit our wants and needs. Even when we pulled out of the original home we found due to personal reasons, Robert was there when we were ready to look again. He was always prompt with responding anytime of day, I sometimes wondered how he always made the time to answer so quickly, but without fail he did. He allowed me to be selective to the point I was probably annoying honestly, but he patiently showed us home after home. Working with him on the purchase of our new home was amazing, he helped us and communicated about the process every step of the way. At the closing he showed up and even brought his new born son (I love babies and our deal was he would bring him at the closing!) He also brought a custom framed portrait of our new home and gift basket! Super sweet touch. Robert also worked tirelessly to sell our other home, again, there every step of the way to guide and protect us. During a slow off season we were in contract in 64 days! Robert is professional and extremely knowledgeable, I always felt he had our best interests in mind. The day of the closing Robert was there- another gift basket in hand and a big smile! It’s sort of sad our home buying/selling partnership is on pause (for a little bit anyway) but I will without question continue to refer and support this amazing realtor! Robert lives up the the hype!

Robert is an amazing real estate agent. Both me and my wife appreciate his local expertise and his above & beyond effort in marketing the home to getting it sold quickly. Robert is also very responsive to any questions about the selling process and responded within minutes for anything we asked. As first time home buyers the process of buying a home was intimidating, compounded by the fact that my wife and I were buying from out of state. Robert C Moul made the process seamless at every step of the way and I would rate more than 5 stars if I could. For starters Robert was very responsive to text/calls/emails in the process of looking online for a home. He answered every question we had and gave us a no nonsense answer. When we found a few homes we liked we flew to Bluffton from California over a weekend where Robert was more than happy to show us as many homes as we wanted. We got the same no nonsense answers to all the questions we asked when looking at homes and also Roberts intimate knowledge of the local area. Robert C Moul was absolutely everything you'd want in a realtor. Professional, courteous and quick to respond to emails/texts/messages with any and all information we asked. As out of state buyers, he took time to really help us get to know the area and the options available to us in our budget. He provided guidance on neighborhoods/areas we might be interested in and helped us craft an offer that was great for us but also quickly accepted. 10/10 would (and have) recommend, and will use him when we sell.
