Becky Burke is the greatest agent ever and she helped me to find my home for my daughter. I live in Ohio and my daughter was hired by Walt Disney World to work at Disney’s Animal Kingdom and she needed to start work in September. Jamie needed a place to live fast. During this time hurricane Irma also hit Florida. It was certainly scary time to move my daughter to Florida not knowing anyone or where she could live and afford it. I came across Becky’s raving reviews on Zillow.com and selected her as my agent. I contacted Becky before I left Ohio and she had several homes ready for us to look at once we arrived. We actually place offers on four different condos and lost them due to cash payments. I left Jamie in an extended stay hotel and had to fly back home to Ohio. Once home Becky continued looking and did find another condo and she and Jamie looked at it. Jamie called me and was in love with this fully furnished condo. I placed an offer on the condo and within a week the owners accepted the offer. Her professional handling of every detail of negotiation and EXCELLENT communication through the entire process made it an easy decision to have her as my real estate agent for the purchase of my home. Her guidance and experience there was equally impressive. I couldn't be more satisfied and happier with my home buying experience especially since I was in Ohio most of the time. I’m going to move to Florida next year and guess who my real estate agent will be…. Yes, Becky Burke of course and let me tell you her smile is genuine!!!

Becky was extremely helpful in our move. We lived in New Jersey and were looking to relocate to Florida. She knows the area well. I first met Becky when we were purchasing a home in Florida for our daughter. As she was showing homes to her, she would point out things that our daughter might not have noticed. When I traveled to Florida to help her make a final decision, Becky was very professional, and courteous and helpful as we viewed homes that they had already seen. Three years later after our daughter returned to Michigan, and then decided to sell her home rather than rent it out, we again contacted Becky. She looked at the house, made suggestions on what to do to help it sell faster, and kept in contact with us. The house went on the market on a Tuesday, we had an offer on Thursday, and accepted it on Friday. Couldn't have asked for more. I would highly recommend Becky to anyone looking to buy or sell!
