As first time sellers we needed someone to really walk us through the steps, the potential pitfalls, and the what to expect after we sell. Lauren not only explained every line of the contract, but was able to answer any and all questions we had during the process - day or night. We consider Lauren a Realtor/Magician. We had a family vacation planned to Florida and we lined up the listing of our house and the first open house for while we were out of town. We were only two days into our vacation, and we had three offers for the house. All of which were more than the highest recent sale in the neighborhood. To this day, despite increases in the market, it is still one of highest sold homes in the neighborhood. We had so much anxiety about how long our house will be on the market, how much it will sell for, how hard the process will be, etc. All of that went out the window very quickly, we felt very comfortable with Lauren through the entire process. We would highly recommend Lauren for selling your home!
