Best agent I ever work with. And I used a lot of agents in my life.Always available, always ready . He makes you feel like you are his only client. He is exactly the type of agent our crazy market needs now. Most of old school agents are lazy , always busy , because they know in this market sale is gonna happen anyway. But if you come across some problem , he is the one you need. He always finds solution without hurting your deal. Ready to jump in to make it solve asap. And always shooting for more money you think you can get. Not afraid to take extra time and work. Old school agent charging crazy fees, and doing very little. They just wanna be over with sell or buy, pushing you to settle. Me, personally I hate it. He is very reasonable and working super hard for his commission. Now when I relocated I'm using different agent but every day I'm wishing I can find somebody like him. I hate when old school agent make you feel like they doing you favor to selling or buying your home. He is the best.

Please read this review, first i wanna say i not the type of person that ever right a review. i just purchased my first home so i wanna share my experience with somebody.I have heard a lot Horror stories about buying a home.My experience was the complete opposite. Kris really took me by the hand and walk me thru this.Very easy process for me and with me being new to this i had a lot of questions.He was there every step of the way to answer any questions or concerns i had.He went above and beyond my expectations.This realtor would be a my realtor for life now.If anyone is looking for a unique realtor and knowledgeable realtor then kris is the one. Kris, is very professional and responsive. He definitely went above and beyond to assure my wife and I had the best experience. He took time out to do a video of our home, because my wife and I were out of town. He also did a mini photo shoot with us during our closing. Kris was always responsive and available. He knew just what we were looking for and didn't send us anything outside of what we were looking for. He was not pushy like many other realtors we talked to. He found us a house and we bought it without even seeing it in person because he made us a video and it was just what we wanted.
