Outstanding Experience!!!

Monte and his team at Take Action Realty were awesome to work with. This was an investment property for me, and honestly one of the most impressive things that stood out was how he was thinking ahead before we even got going. He did a great job pointing out potential objections buyers might have before the project even started, which helped a ton when it came to making decisions upfront instead of scrambling later. Communication was solid the whole way through. Overall just a really good experience, Would definitely work with Monte and his team again.
