He held many open houses in a down market to generate interest in our large home (over 6600 sq ft and $1.5 million initial asking price). He counseled us wisely on price adjustments that eventually proved fruitful for a negotiated sales price of $1.415 million. My wife and I couldn't have been more pleased working with Wes Stearns. He even came to our home to help us move furniture when it became apparent that we needed to refinish the extensive hardwood floors.
