Wes sold my house in 10 days for $20k more than I thought it would sell for. He does not just put a sign in the yard. He had professional photos and videos done quickly that made the house look better than I could have ever imagined. He expertly negotiated with the buyers agent regarding the home inspection items and fought with the appraiser to support the sale price when the appraisal came in low. I’m grateful a realtor friend in Virginia Beach, VA, recommended Wes Stearns to sell my brother’s home in Occoquan, VA. The sale was necessitated due to the unexpected and sudden death of my brother. From my first interaction with Wes over the phone, he was personable and accommodating during a sad time for my family. Wes was willing to handle tasks, regarding the preparation of getting my brother’s home ready to sell. These tasks would have required additional visits from Virginia Beach to Occoquan to complete.
