Dominic is a thorough professional.We started working with him since September 2017 when we decided to buy a home and we closed on a property with his complete guidance this October 2018.During the past 1 year of our home search, never did we see him pressurize us or urge us to take decisions quickly.We never felt stressed out and it was such a smooth sail until we finalized the one we bought.When we go on a property tour, he points out the good and bad, what is updated and whats needed updation, even gives out a rough estimation of how much we need to spend additionally in every property that we tour.He has an amazing knowledge on that.Not to forget to mention his punctuality (he arrives prior to us and waits for us) and circling back promptly on things we ask for clarification(mostly from the buyer side).He guided us right from giving an offer until we signed the contract and there after too.His office staff went a step ahead in reminding us about the list of utilities to be changed in our name with their contact numbers plus the list of documents to be brought to the closing table.Excellent team.Dominic,it was a pleasure to get to know you and work with you.You made this home a reality for us.We cannot thank you enough!
