1st Time Buyer + Unprecedented Market = Everything turned out great

My wife and I were first time buyers in early 2022, and although you *hear how nerve-wracking buying your first home is, first-time buying in this Housing Market is especially stressful. We were not mentally prepared for the speed in which things happen. And we *really weren't prepared for the level of Focus needed to get into a home. More importantly, she made sure that we were on top of the whirlwind of different documents, inspections, lender-requirements, and all of the things that you *didn't know were needed to buy a home. And we got our 1st Choice home. And we got the entire deal done in 30 days. It seems like a miracle really. It wasn't without stress. It wasn't without sleepless nights. But everything turned out perfect, and Karen's professionalism and focus is the only way it was possible. She doesn't take her customers' relationships casually.
