I couldn’t have found a better realtor for the purchase of my home in Florida. I met Philip at an open house and when I found another house for sale in the same neighborhood I called him with a request for photos of the house because they weren’t online yet. He went to the house a few hours later and toured the inside and out with photos and video. After I went back home out of state I had to really ask for a lot of help and advice when I wanted to make an offer. He was super helpful in getting me through the offer process. There were eight offers total and I got the house! He was so nice every step of the way and stayed in contact with me all the time. Buying a home is very stressful and he really eased my concerns. He is very responsive and returned my calls right away. Philip is a great realtor with a wonderful friendly personality. I have another family member who will need a house in the fall and you know I’ve already recommended Philip. If I ever decide to sell he will be my first call.

Lenore is the best! She was thorough, professional and easy to work with. We were looking to from a great distance away, which came with some challenges (and a 6 hour time difference!) Richard is one of those insightful people and he was able to discern what we wanted even though we were not able to express it clearly. We needed help in selling my father's condo in Long Boat Key, FL while at the same time moving him into a new assisted living community and with me being in northern Minnesota. A reasonably complicated deal with a lot of moving parts and we needed someone to take care of "everything", just tell me what needed to be done and when. We used Zita to sell our rental property and she was great. We had tenants that did not want to move and tried to be as difficult as possible. Zita was professional and courteous to the tenants but also firm with them and did everything needed to get the job done while working with these difficult tenants. She is persistent, knowledgeable, and professional, and cares about the customer she is representing and protects their interests through the whole process.
