"Working with Keith Kropp and Wayne Rogers is a Five Star experience. We recently moved into our new home in Nokomis and are loving it. A few months ago we decide to relocate to Sarasota from Washington DC. We attended open houses for some time and got to know the area. When we were finally ready to make the transition to Florida we contacted Keith and Wayne and are so glad we did. They are always quick to return calls and were our advocate throughout the entire purchasing process. We had narrowed our selection to five homes we had seen online. "When first moving to Sarasota, we found Keith & Wayne through a search in Realtor.com. They were very helpful in setting up a portal to review properties. When I traveled to Sarasota to view properties they took 2 days from their schedule to view the selected properties. We then handled the remaining paperwork electronically. When we arrived in Sarasota for closing they helped walk us through the remainder of the process. Because of their excellent handling of our property, we did not even consider using anyone else.
