Cheryl is the best agent in the business! She was able to listen to our needs and narrow down our search as to not waste our time on homes that would not check all of our boxes. We put in 9 offers before one was accepted. Cheryl was patient and detailed through all of them. She was very honest with us about items during viewings that we were concerned about being repairable or not. My wife and I can be pretty difficult to work with. We were going to a new developer and were seriously contemplating a more expensive new house as our existing house searches left us with a meh feeling. She convinced my wife and I to let her show us some houses. She found one which was cheaper and gave us more house! Always professional yet personable.
